When we created My Own Greatness for Techcombank, we didn’t begin with banking. We began with dreams.
Dreams evolve — they shift with age, fracture through experience, reignite in unexpected seasons. But they are always combustion. Sometimes blazing, sometimes ember-like. Our strategic insight was simple yet demanding: greatness is not a distant, heroic state. It is kinetic energy generated daily — when ordinary people choose to commit fully to their own craft.
So instead of telling people to dream, we built a system that let them hear their dreams.
In phase one, we launched Vietnam’s first AI Music Creation platform, turning aspiration into sound. Over 40,000 AI-generated dream songs were created — not as content, but as declarations. The campaign earned a Gold for Innovation in Cross-Media Marketing and two Silver awards for brand building — but more importantly, it ignited participation at scale.
In phase two, we amplified that collective pulse with “Tiến Tới Ước Mơ,” performed by Soobin — an artist whose own pursuit of becoming an all-rounder mirrors the campaign philosophy. The MV reached 1 million views and hit #1 trending within three days.
Because when individuals dare to grow beyond themselves, they don’t just elevate their lives. They become the bloodstream of a forward-moving nation.
